Delivery Information


Standard Delivery information

1. We will confirm your order within 1 business day from the date of your payment and will confirm with you the date of delivery 

2. As tiles and mosaics are considered large overweight goods, we normally deliver by ground logistics (not express or courier). The standard service will deliver your order within the agreed date within standard office hours. If you require a certain time frame, there will be extra charges associated with this option and such cost will depend on the specified time and delivery location. Kindly add a note or select the appropriate delivery service and our customer service staff will follow up with you directly on the request. 

3. Standard delivery service off-loads on street level only. Request for door-to-door delivery is available but will be charged at extra. Kindly select the appropriate delivery option and one of our customer service representative will contact you to work out the relevant costs. Door-to-door delivery charges are based on the delivery conditions, including factors such as elevator access, parking access, number of stairs to climb, etc. Please be prepared to have this information ready for our customer service representative.

4. Once delivery has been scheduled, changes can only be made by phone within office hours at least 2 business days before delivery. If you miss your delivery, re-delivery will charged extra. 

Free Delivery

1. In order to qualify for free delivery, your purchase order will need to be over 5000HKD (includes 5000HKD). Only standard street level delivery is included and any additional charges such as specific timed delivery, door-to-door delivery, and other special requests will be charged extra as stated above. Free delivery only covers Hong Kong urban areas and any remote area of Hong Kong will need to pay the relevant difference in delivery costs.

2. Each order will only cover one (1) free delivery. Any partial shipment requests should be discussed with our customer service representative directly for relevant charges. Should you wish to claim multiple free deliveries, you will need to place each order separately. 

3. Any orders below $5000HKD will have a delivery charge. Standard Hong Kong urban areas will be charged at 650HKD per delivery. For remote areas of Hong Kong (such as Aberdeen, Sai Kung, Lantau island, etc) our customer representative will contact you to confirm delivery charges. 

4. Please choose your delivery requirements carefully during your order placement. If you made a mistake, please contact our customer service team asap.

Samples (Tiles / Stone / Mosaics)

When you order from Decorporter, you're ordering from the source. Most products are in stock and ready to ship to your doorstep. Our lightning fast shipping means you should expect to receive your order within 5-10 days. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options might be available, kindly contact our customer service team for details.

All samples ship for FREE regardless whether you are purchasing 1 or 100 pieces of samples. At Decorporter, we believe convenience is important to our customers and we try to make your renovation easier by sending samples directly to you. No more running around and no more begging for samples. 

The dimensions of the samples will vary, depending on what's available at the time of order placement. On average, tile samples are between 100x100mm and 300x300mm. For mosaics, we will give you enough sample chips to adequately review the range of colors and variation of that specific model.   For samples of specialty shaped tiles, we will give you one full pc of sample to review the shape and color. 

Larger orders and delicate material, including orders of porcelain tiles, may need to be shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include street-level (curbside) delivery only.

Limited Time Only - Free Sample

For a limited time only, all purchased samples on Decorporter will be made as available credit for future tiles, mosaics, or stone orders. The credit is non-refundable and must be used within 6 months.
